Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuoHR platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using QuoHR, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

QuoHR provides a cloud-based and on-premise Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that includes modules for attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance reporting.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your service agreement.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to QuoHR. We do not claim ownership over your content. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data before permanent deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
